In 2023, I finally hit my breaking point after years of burning the candle at both ends. I was an online trainer and nutritionist who was passionate about nourishing the body and mind - but I had found myself disconnected from my own well-being and struggling mentally more than ever.

 

In an attempt to create more joy, I bought a return ticket to the USA and eventually found myself in Mexico instead. What was meant to be three months in the USA, turned into an open-ended trip around the globe (and still going).

 

While I loved my business and coaching 1:1 clients, I couldn’t shake the feeling that something had to change in my business. I needed to rest, I needed to decrease my stress, and I especially needed a community. Solo travel filled a hole in my heart that I didn’t expect - I made lifelong friends, and built a level of safety, confidence and deeper love within myself.

 

Though while solo traveling I noticed a lot: women telling me on social media that they’re too scared to solo travel, men tainting women’s hostel experiences with a level of unsafety, a struggle to find a fitness community, and constantly hearing “I’m going to need a holiday from this holiday!”

 

I wanted to create the perfect holiday - an adventurous yet restful and revitalizing itinerary, and a space where discomfort is embraced as a catalyst for growth and connection.

 

From burnout to bliss, from exhaustion to empowerment - this is my journey and I’m grateful for every step that led me here and now I cannot wait to share this holiday with a like-minded community of supportive women!
